We’ve partnered with the experts at Neat Wines to curate a journey through the world’s finest white varietals, each perfectly paired with a seasonal dish designed to bring out their flavors. This is a well-structured menu that balances the decadence of a steakhouse with the lighter notes of spring. The pairing of Neat Wines selections offers a great contrast between Old World (Loire Valley, Italy) and New World (Paso Robles, Santa Barbara) styles.
