The Holiday Réveillon Menu

This year, we invite you to celebrate the season across all Legacy Kitchen locations with a festive four-course menu crafted to honor classic New Orleans traditions. Whether you are gathering with family in Gretna, meeting friends in the Warehouse District, or celebrating in the CBD, a memorable meal awaits.

The Holiday Réveillon Menu $65 Per Person

Indulge in a culinary journey featuring the rich, comforting flavors of the holidays: FIRST COURSE — SEAFOOD Choose One Crispy Fried Oysters: Louisiana Gulf oysters fried golden, served with chipotle aioli, pickled shallots, and fresh pea shoots. Louisiana Prawn: Seared Gulf prawn finished in a rich butter-cream sauce with sautéed onions and shallots. SECOND COURSE — SEAFOOD Choose One (a gumbo is also available) Oyster Rockefeller Soup: A luxurious, silky spinach-herb cream broth with tender oysters and a hint of Pernod. Turtle Soup with Dry Sherry: A deeply flavored Creole classic, slow-simmered with aromatic vegetables. THIRD COURSE — BRAISED MEAT Choose One (a fish option is available) Double-Cut Maple-Glazed Pork Chop: House-braised and served over butternut squash purée, finished with a bright apple slaw. Braised Short Ribs: Melt-in-your-mouth ribs braised in red wine and herbs, paired with creamy stone-ground grits. FOURTH COURSE — DESSERT Choose One Bûche de Noël: Classic "Yule Log Cake" with chocolate sponge, Chantilly cream, and dark chocolate ganache. New Orleans Sundae: Traditional peppermint ice cream topped with candied pecans, warm hot fudge, and fresh whipped cream.
