Throughout September, eat at Legacy Kitchen Craft Tavern as we participate in the Vegan Chef Challenge. Menu includes: FRUIT NAPOLEON - fresh watermelon and papaya layered with a cream tofu and oat milk filling, VEGAN BENEDICT - black bean patty with a tofu bite topped with hollandaise, VEGAN BURRITO - seasoned red lentils, pico de gallo, avocado, crispy corn tortilla, lettuce and tomato wrapped in flour tortilla, DRUNKEN OYSTER MUSHROOMS - sautéed oyster mushroom, with vodka, red peppers, onions, cilantro, served over white rice, THAI CURRY KING TRUMPETS - king trumpet seared with Thai coconut curry sauce with wilted spinach, SORBETS - three scoops of different homemade sorbets
